Vogel Library / Policies / Loans and Fees

Loans and Fees

Vogel Library's primary clients are students, faculty and staff at Wartburg College. In addition, we serve library patrons of Iowa through the Open Access program which entitles public library users to borrow materials from participating libraries in Iowa.

Wartburg Students, Faculty & Staff

Your Wartburg College photo identification card serves as your library card. We ask that you have your card with you to borrow materials from the library. You will be held responsible for all materials borrowed using your card.

Community & Public Library Patrons

By presenting your public library card or Iowa identification, you are entitled to receive a borrower's card from Vogel Library. Public patrons may check out materials from the library and may use resources in-house. However, Vogel Library does not provide public patrons inter-library loan services, reserve materials, or remote access to electronic resources; patrons are encouraged to seek these services at their local public library.
